
This Program is built for military personnel, law enforcement, and first responders who need more than just muscle, they need movement, and the ability to go into action when it counts. You’ll build the kind of strength that moves under load, the kind of speed that bursts on command, and the kind of conditioning that doesn’t quit. You’ll learn to push, pull, lift, drag, sprint, and climb because in your world, it’s not about reps, it’s about readiness.
You’ll train 4 to 6 days a week, depending on your recovery and rotation. Some days will be full-throttle. Others are about refining movement, restoring power, and building resilience. No templates. No cookie-cutter workouts. Every session is built around you and what you face.

You’ll check in with me daily. You’ll get feedback, updates, and real-time adjustments. We adapt your training to your mission, your gear, your schedule, and your body. You don’t get handed a plan. You and I build one together.

Once a week, we link up one-on-one. Not a webinar. Not a group. We will talk about the training, recovery, tactics, and mindset. We lock in what’s working and recalibrate what’s not.
