From Marine Corps Discipline to Coaching

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and raised in Queens, NY, my life has been shaped by a deep commitment to physical and mental excellence. From playing street sports as a kid to discovering the weight room in high school, fitness has always been at my core.

​

My journey took a defining turn when I joined the Marine Corps at 19. I quickly learned that the mind is our strongest muscle. From grueling boot camps to military service in Japan—training alongside Thailand Marines and climbing Mt. Suribachi—I forged discipline, resilience, and an unbreakable mindset. These moments taught me to overcome mental barriers, adapt to extreme environments, and push beyond limits.

Leaving the military wasn’t easy. The transition back to civilian life came with challenges only fellow veterans understand. But it also led me to my calling—Coaching. I immersed myself in mastering Nutrition, Fitness Methodologies, Neurokinetic Therapy, and Qigong. This constant pursuit of knowledge shapes my coaching style. Training builds muscle; Coaching builds character. While trainers focus on workouts, a coach empowers you to break barriers, define your values, and evolve. That’s the Fig Fit way.

From Marine training to rugby fields, Olympic lifting to functional mobility, my approach blends experience with adaptability. Whether you’re an athlete or just starting, I’ll push you beyond what you thought possible—physically and mentally.
