
This program is built for the real world, a park, a patch of dirt, your driveway. You’ll move, sweat, and build athletic ability using the most powerful tool you have, your Body.
Grind Outside trains you to run with intent, jump with control, react with speed, and push your limits in the space you’ve got. We train balance, coordination, strength, and stamina through explosive movement, footwork drills, flow sequences, and full-body conditioning. You’ll get faster, sharper, and more capable. Most importantly we’ll scale everything to your level.
You train three to six days a week depending on what your body and schedule can handle. Everything is adjustable. You tell me what equipment you have, what space you're working with, how you're feeling ,and I tailor your training around it.
You check in with me daily. I review your progress, answer your questions, and adjust anything that needs it. This isn’t preloaded workouts. This is real Coaching.
We speak face to face once a week. One on one. No groups. We talk about your week, your challenges, and what’s next with training, recovery, mindset, everything you need to stay locked in and moving forward.
You have a direct line to me through message, email, or voice message, whatever keeps us connected and makes sure you’re never guessing.
This program gives you structure, accountability, and clear progress. It builds your body, your confidence, and your discipline. You train outside, but the results carry everywhere.
