You train a minimum of 2 days a week, up to 5, depending on what your schedule allows. That can change week to week. We talk every week to set the pace and adjust based on life, work, and how your body’s responding. No guesswork. We stay locked in together.

You’ll message me daily. You let me know how you're feeling. Soreness, energy, stress, sleep, recovery, motivation. I read everything and I respond. If something needs to be changed, we shift the plan that week. Simple.

You have a direct line to me. We stay in contact through email and messaging. For my international warriors, we use WhatsApp, Viber, or whatever it takes to keep communication open and fast. You're never left hanging.

At the end of every week, we have a one-on-one video call. Not optional. Not a group session. Just you and me. Communication is everything, and that’s how we stay sharp and on the same mission.

Now nutrition. I’m not handing you a cookie-cutter plan or some one-size-fits-all meal sheet. This isn’t copy and paste. I build your nutrition around your life. If you work long shifts, have a family, don’t have time to cook four meals a day, we make it work. If you’re in a routine, we lock it in. If your week is chaos, we adapt. I make sure you’re eating in a way that works for your body and your lifestyle. No obsession, just consistency and results.
