You train three to five days a week depending on your schedule and recovery. We build your plan around what you can actually commit to. If something needs to change, we change it together. You’re not stuck in a rigid template. You’re following a program that adapts as you grow.
You check in with me daily. You let me know how you're feeling, what’s sore, what’s moving well, and what’s not. I respond the same day and adjust your training if needed. Nothing is automated. This is personal coaching. I’m in it with you.
You have a direct line to me through email or messaging. For international clients, we use WhatsApp, Viber, or whatever keeps our communication clear and reliable. You’re never left waiting or wondering. You reach out and I answer.
